Comfy chairs and cafe tables make the space inviting. I had the Iced Pink Lady latte after seeing a photo on Google - delish! Selected the goat cheese and avocado toast, and swapped the tomato for fig jam under the avocado spread - HIGHLY recommend this off-menu choice. Milltown is tucked in the corner of the shopping center but don't sleep on it - best choice I've made on Spartanburg food lately. ”

Inside, the vibe is relaxed and elevated, with thoughtful touches like cappuccinos served in porcelain cups (a small but meaningful detail that makes all the difference). Today’s crêpe with goat cheese, fig jam, walnuts, greens, and balsamic drizzle was unforgettable—perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor. I also tried the Bananas Foster Crêpe, and it was pure indulgence. Whether you’re after great coffee or something deliciously unique, Milltown never disappoints. Highly recommend! ”
